Civilian Marksmanship Program - Rifle Match
The Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) promotes firearm safety and marksmanship training.
The CMP is a national organization dedicated to training and educating U. S. citizens in responsible uses of firearms and airguns through gun safety training, marksmanship training and competitions.
Our match allows for vintage military rifles and current as issued military rifles.
We are not offering the shooting clinics at this time.

When
Monthly on the first Saturday.
Time
June – September
7 am Set up. Please arrive for set up. This is a volunteer match and we need your help with set up and tear down.
7:45 am Mandatory safety briefing prior to each relay. You must attend the safety briefing or you will not shoot.
8 am Match begins
Tear down and clean up following match.
October – May

What to Bring
Ear and eye protection for spectators as well as footwear that encloses the toes are mandatory (no sandals).
Apple Valley Gun Club is a cold range. Firearms are to remain unloaded until the RSO instructs you to load and make ready. This includes CCW holders.
