Junior Shooting Programs
Our Junior programs are designed to teach youth the safe handling and operation of firearms as well as introduce them to the shooting sports.
Parents Must Accompany Minors on the Range at all times. Dropping off and picking up is NOT ALLOWED.
Junior Programs include:
Junior Rifle Program
Open to youth 8 to 18 years old. This program will teach organized rifle shooting, with a view toward safe gun handling, use and care of firearms, as well as marksmanship. Click here for more information.
Junior Pistol Program
Open to youth ages 8 to 18 years old. This program will teach organized pistol shooting, with a view toward safe gun handling, use and care of firearms as well as marksmanship. Click here for more information.
Junior Trap
Open to youth up to age 18. Beginner to expert skill levels are welcome. Held Wednesday nights at 6:00 pm at the Lower Trap Range. Click here for more information.
Scholastic Action Shooting Program (SASP)
The SASP Program is open to junior high & high school students. Youth may participate in Action Shooting using .22 rifles, .22 handguns. SASP is designed to instill in young people a set of personal values and character traits for fair play, compassionate understanding, individual responsibility, sportsmanship, self-discipline, and personal commitment.
