The Apple Valley Gun Club is a safe and legal place to shoot in the high desert. Events are monitored by NRA certified Range Safety Officers and Coaches. This eliminates worries about shooting in a prohibited area or endangering other recreational activities.  It also eliminates concern about shooting around others who are not safe, responsible, or knowledgeable when it comes to the shooting sports.

Apple Valley Gun Club is a place to learn the safe and responsible handling of firearms. We offer affordable NRA certified training in the safe firearms handling for pistol, rifle, and shotgun.  We also have certified archery instructors. All firearms courses, programs and shooting matches are open to the public.

You do not have to be a club member to participate in any event on our calendar. During any scheduled event you may come out and join in the activity. The front gate will be open during those times. Please come out, come directly to the range, and check in with the event manager.  

We offer clinics, classes and programs for Juniors, Women, Coed, Adaptive, and Archery.  All levels are welcome.
